Experience from front line operational services roles, through P&L management at a country level, to European Senior mgt. My career has predominantly been in the management and development of service organisations where I have a history of improving both customer satisfaction operational efficiency. NPS improved from 8 to 54, cost savings in excess of $10m per annum achieved. Examples are below but include: Offshoring a call management team to India; setting up and expanding remote operations teams in Sofia and Tunis to over 200 people; Implementation of Robotics to replace people in standardised processes; Partnering with complimentary organisations to improve customer service at the same time as reducing cost.My career to date has given me a rounded experience to give me the ability to understand and appreciate the business, the customer and the technical aspects to any situation and to provide solutions that meet all three.
