Purpose / RoleFocal point for the creation of video production, animation, photography and graphic/technical design.Key aims and objectives• Create media for internal/external use on various media platforms covering marketing, business development, HSSE, training and communications• Deliver work in a timely and cost effective manner that shows Advisian as professional and caring company to its personnel and its business, environmental commitments• Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure work produced is of agreed quality and cost • Ensure that all work produced is brand compliant for internal and external use• Research and develop new ways of using media/design to enhance the profile of Advisian and its subsidiary companiesPrime responsibilities and duties• Production of videos for management, communications and projects• Animation for marketing, communications, tendering and projects• HSSE Safety campaigns• Worley branded design of posters, brochures, exhibitions and illustrations, manuals, reports, QHSE, bids/tenders, client presentations and any other graphic requirements from safety plans to office interior design• Produce work that is of a professional level using latest design software• Engage with disciplines/departments/projects to ensure they are utilising in-house design service• Discuss, develop new ways of presenting information for projects and engineers in presenting to clientsKey interfaces• Directors• Project Managers• Discipline Managers• Business Development• Tendering• HSSE• Engineering Systems and Information Management (ES & IM)• Office Facilities• Learning and Development• Subsidiary companies (SES, Scopus, Advisian, Primat Recruitment)
