Currently self employed working, for PSG services as the planning HOD, for project lightning at Virgin Media. After the end of my contract with BT Global I moved back to the UK to working on New Developments on the HFC Network. I was quickly asked to support the delivery of a project, supporting PSG on tight deadlines for delivery of homes, over 2 months, which we completed. Recently implementing and supporting a new team within Virgin Media. I have been writing new process’s, streamlining the delivery of work, writing user guides, attending conference calls, providing new ideas, training staff, working with internal and external customers, for new residential developments. This has progressed into me undertaking another role in new development for business. It is a new process within Virgin to support and get on board with all business developments at the beginning. As a blank canvas we have been asked to use our planning experience to develop a new process, track good and bad points we come across, with a view to write a process flow and ready to bring on a team for this to be used.
