As someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and people, I’m passionate about using analytical insights to drive meaningful business outcomes. My journey has taken me from the court as a competitive badminton athlete, where I learned the value of discipline and teamwork, to boardrooms at BMO, where I’ve applied those same principles to manage complex projects and deliver strategic initiatives. In my role as a Business Analyst, I’ve honed my skills in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Whether forecasting assets or optimizing processes, I’m driven by a commitment to excellence and a deep curiosity about how data can shape business decisions. Outside of the corporate world, I’ve enjoyed coaching badminton, guiding athletes through personalized training programs, and watching them grow both on and off the court. This experience has furthered my passion for mentorship and leadership, allowing me to blend my love for the sport with my dedication to helping others achieve their goals. Entrepreneurship also holds a special place in my heart. As the co-founder of ArcticLabs, I embraced the challenges of running a startup, from driving social media growth to managing partnerships. These experiences have taught me the importance of adaptability, creativity, and relentless problem-solving.
