Accountable for the sales, acquisition, and job operations required within two profit centers. Specifically managing the execution and financial performance of multiple types of HVAC, plumbing, and process projects through others, including Sr. Project Managers, Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers, and Co-ops/Interns. Provide direction and guidance to each profit center including leadership and mentoring of team members. Be familiar and help shape with corporate initiatives, department budgets, and department financials to help explain decisions and directions required for the departments to function with utmost success.
