Hi! I’m Colin.I’m a business management graduate currently pursuing my Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate in 2027. I’ve also completed a Project Management Professional program and plan to sit for the PMP certification exam in 2026.My career spans corporate onboarding and training, team leadership, and operations management. I’ve driven cost-saving initiatives, implemented process improvements, launched grassroots marketing campaigns, and led training and business development efforts in various roles. I’m always seeking to expand my skills and take on challenges that create meaningful impact.Supervisors and colleagues have described me as a dedicated, driven, and quick learner—someone who thrives under pressure and solves problems in dynamic environments.    Selected as one of a small group of Special Assignment Flight Attendants to support the launch of Delta’s Skyward Experience Team. • Champion the rollout of repositioned Purser, Service Leader, and new Galley roles across Delta’s network. • Engage flight attendants in lounges and crew briefings to build awareness of updated service standards, galley procedures, catering and provisioning, and leadership expectations. • Serve as a peer expert on service flow and Delta brand standards, responding to procedural questions and feedback in alignment with published guidelines. • Attend daily base huddles to share insights and help guide a smooth transition for flight attendant colleagues.
