I work in planning and environmental law, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, European law, and Convention rights. Specialising in planning and environmental, I cover the whole spectrum from planning applications, section 75 agreements, development plans and environmental impact assessment through to planning appeals and judicial reviews. I have also developed significant experience of compulsory purchase orders, having acted both in promotion of and objection to them together with questions of compensation.
