This breadth of experience provides me with the foundation to confidently advise clients on their business transformation journeys and lead the execution of complex initiatives.I bring a strong understanding of overall programme interdependencies and integration considerations across business streams, and have experience of establishing strong programme governance and a focus on tracking and achieving deliverables.My experience of providing strategic guidance and assessments to CxO execs, and skills obtained from undertaking a wide range of senior roles across multiple industries, means that I am able to add value on large scale business transformation programmes.
