About Colin Gamber
Colin Gamber is a member of CBRE’s Data Center Capital Markets group specializing in the sale and capitalization of powered shell and turnkey data centers throughout the United States and Canada. Colin’s experience executing sale-leaseback transactions, joint venture recapitalization, and portfolio sales provides his clients with deep expertise and knowledge. Together with his colleagues, Colin has transacted on over $5.0 billion of institutional data center sales, recapitalization, and financings since 2021. Prior to CBRE, Colin served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis at a private shopping center operator and developer, where he played a key role in raising $650 million in equity capital and restructuring over $1.0 billion in mortgage loans. Previously, Colin gained valuable experience in acquisitions at BlackRock Realty Advisors directing investments exceeding $500 million. His career began in investment banking with Lehman Brother’s Leveraged Finance Group in New York City. Colin holds a double-major in International Affairs and Spanish from the University of Colorado at Boulder and completed graduate-level studies at New York University, earning a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate.
