Colin Gallagher is the current CFO of Brunson Meat Co, a premium dry-aged meat and bacon company. Brunson Meat Co, founded by renowned chef and restaurateur Justin Brunson, specializes in dry-aged USDA prime beef, pork, and Colorado lamb. Brunson’s Noble Mold dry-aging process is unique to the industry, delivering unmatched flavor and quality to top restaurants around the country. Colin previously served as the Director of Operations and Business Development for Smoker Friendly International. He was responsible for expanding the Smoker Friendly Authorized Dealer Program and Smoker Friendly private label product portfolio. Colin also assisted with targeting companies for acquisition. Prior to joining Smoker Friendly, Colin spent over seven years in public accounting working for PwC\'s International Tax Services (\"ITS\") consulting practice in Denver, Colorado. He served domestic and international clients in a wide variety of industries including: entertainment, telecom, manufacturing, engineering, mining, and retail.Colin graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Business Administration/Accounting from the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado and received his Master of Taxation from the University of Denver. He is a certified public accountant in the State of Colorado. Colin previously served on PwC\'s National Tax Advisory Council, PwC\'s Rockies Market Advisory Council, and the Monfort College of Business, School of Accounting Advisory Council.
