Help build and lead the maintenance team of FWA6 - Interviewing and Onboarding: Conduct interviews of maintenance technicians and give hiring recommendations. Implement processes to make onboarding more efficient and effective. Coordinate training and travel for a staff of over 70 technicians while ensuring shift coverage for a 4 shift, 24/7 operation.
