We are one of the largest NCS (National Commercial Services) title insurance companies in the country, providing title to 1/3 of all commercial deals in the United States. I am the Assistant Vice President of Commercial Transactions in our Philadelphia Office. We specialize in providing evidence of real property ownership, legal document recording, and other related services in order to facilitate smooth closings across the country. We also have partners for 1031-Like Kind exchanges for clients who are regularly buying and selling, in addition to connections with commercial lenders, real estate attorneys, brokers and other developers both locally and nationally. We can provide services on single site, multi-site/state and financing transactions. My focus is on new business development with account management responsibilities servicing major law firms, commercial real estate developers and investors and REITs across all property types.
