Responsible for on-boarding partnered carriers by integrating their data into Trimble Visibility. This data is used to provide real-time location updates on shipments for shipping companies.Consult carriers on how to integrate their data feed using API, EDI, CSV, Direct TMS/ELD, and the Visibility Drive Mobile ApplicationAssess data quality for optimization and errors to meet customer requirements utilizing SQL for in-depth troubleshooting with databases.Utilize Liaison ECS/Delta software to map EDI and CSV files to JSON. Create and test FTP/SFTP/SMTP/AS2 connections for carriers.Assist with shipper customer file mapping where needed. XML, EDI, CSV, etcCreate and update Periscope reports and alerts using SQL queries for customers and internal operations use.Manage integrations servers, optimize automated processes, clean up drives, performance monitoring, fix errors, ensure data flow, shrink unessecary data.Convert C# applications to Azure Functions to improve server bandwidth and reduce costs.Implement the Trimble Trust Center (TTC) data collector in order to provide Visibility to various external vendors for customers.Consult with TTC users on support issues and train TTC support team on troubleshooting utilizing Postman and MSSQL.Escalation point for Visibility and TTC support issues.Create documentation for both existing and new processes to provide information to customers, new hires, and other team members.Provide status updates to management on carrier assignments and work directly with the Integrations team to meet and exceed integration goals.
