Housing Growth Partnership, an investment fund established by Lloyds Banking Group and Homes England. We have invested over £250m of capital in residential development projects which will deliver over 7,500 homes with GDV in excess of £2bn, supporting the growth and ambition of the regional housebuilder and developer community. HGP can support development across the Living Sector including Private for Sale, PRS/BTR, PBSA and Retirement / Later Living. I lead the team covering Scotland, Yorkshire and the North East England. Our focus is on working with SME and mid-market housebuilders and developers to increase output and grow sustainably by providing both project led equity investments and long term strategic investment to support multiple sites.
