Admissions Oversight: Lead and manage the admissions team to ensure timely, efficient, and compassionate processing of new patient inquiries and admissions. Oversee the coordination of assessments, intake, and scheduling for new clients-Client Assessment: Conduct initial assessments for prospective clients, including gathering relevant information on their medical history, substance use, mental health conditions, and treatment history to determine the appropriate treatment plan-Collaboration with Clinical Team: Work closely with the clinical and medical teams to ensure that clients are matched with the most appropriate treatment programs based on their needs-Screening & Evaluation: Review and process intake documentation, including insurance verification, medical history, and previous treatment history. Help guide clients and their families through the admissions process-Training & Development: Train, mentor, and supervise the admissions team, ensuring that all staff members are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools to provide exceptional service to clients and their families-Collaboration with Marketing and Outreach: Work with the marketing and outreach teams to build referral sources and maintain strong relationships with referring professionals-Crisis Management: Handle urgent admissions and crisis situations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that clients in immediate need of care are admitted quickly and appropriately.
