ABOUT COLETTE STENHOUSE
I am a passionate educator beginning my journey as a private tutor whilst studying English Literature and History at the University of Strathclyde. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for driving results and attention to detail. Most importantly however, I came to understand how my insight and knowledge could help students achieve their own personal goals, this sentiment has carried through into my career.It\'s very important to me that I remain curious and committed to my own development and this tenacity has led me to pursue my studies in Law, not only for myself but to inspire the change I want to see in the world around me.I have always been impassioned about equality and my duty as an individual to educate others in alternative trains of thought. This is something that follows me into my professional career in management consultancy and how my work can encourage businesses to look at the bigger picture or at the very least I can offer a whole new perspective - sometimes this can be game changing.I love supporting businesses in achieving their goals and helping business leaders exceed their own expectations. My job allows me to inspire change and challenge business leader\'s perspectives on their industry, go-to-market strategy and their brand awareness. Above all it amazes me to see the positive impact I can create at the point of achieving results, whether that be selecting the right course of action for a product launch, helping them make strides in their growth strategy or providing a solution to managing their people and business more effectively. On a more personal note, and aside from work, I enjoy music and reading, here are my top 3 books I think everyone should read:1. To Kill a Mockingbird - Harper Lee2. Fahrenheit 451 - Ray Bradbury3. The Castle - Franz KafkaIf you would like to discuss your business challenges or even recommend me a book for my ever growing library then feel free to get in t••••••••@gartner.com
