   Recruiting Coordinator Moss Adams LLP • Co-lead recruiting efforts for the office’s key schools• Partner with core recruiting teams and Regional Campus Recruiting Manager to track and build long-term relationships with top-notch candidates• Organize on-campus and/or in-office interviews for full-time and internship positions, diversity scholarship recipients and attendees for the summer leadership programs• Provide support to projects in the recruitment people management arena, including campus recruitment, employment brand, candidate management in our applicant tracking system• Organize communication and firm involvement with campus career centers, faculty, and student organizations• Work with HR to ensure effective on-boarding and integration of hires• Prepare correspondence and manage paperwork to candidates during the recruiting process• Post position descriptions to selected job boards and career sites as appropriate• Review resumes• Facilitate and monitor candidate background check status• Point person before and after interviews• Coordinate classroom presentations with school career center and professors• Coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process from the first round interview through second round interviews for up to 40 students (i.e. travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, scheduling interviewers, booking conference rooms, etc.)• Provision new hires
