I’m a generalist by design and a connector by instinct.My work lives at the intersection of people, process, and execution, with a focus on how decisions and workflows impact the organization as a whole. I’m constantly listening and observing how teams operate - where things flow smoothly, where they break down, and where strong practices could be adapted or scaled to benefit others.I’m particularly effective in cross-functional environments, where alignment, communication, and follow-through matter as much as strategy itself. I partner closely with leaders to provide context, perspective, and support on complex decisions, while also serving as a trusted resource for teammates at all levels who seek guidance, clarity, or a sounding board. People often reach out to me, regardless of role or title, because they know I’ll help them think through challenges with both empathy and a company-wide lens.I lead through collaboration, influence, and credibility rather than hierarchy. Whether coordinating across teams, surfacing operational bottlenecks, or helping translate strategy into action, I bring a strong bias toward execution and a systems-level approach to problem-solving.
