I started with people.Having over 20 years of experience in HR taught me that when you truly understand people, you can build anything around them: processes, technology, strategy, culture. That’s what I bring to HRIS.I’m not the person who manages the system. I’m the strategist who connects it to the people it’s supposed to serve and the business it’s supposed to move.From building with HR to being involved in a full Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation.
