With vision and passion, I worked with development teams to conceptualize, design and implement next generation, industry-leading software. In that next generation, I led the recruitment and expansion of go-to-market efforts and still successfully play a senior sponsor role in all large customer sales. Brought together a talented team of UI/UX designers and developers, revenue cycle management bean counters to improve the billing and claims process, to create a fully integrated software platform for ambulatory healthcare providers. Designed from the ground up an all in one EHR/PM/RCM software platform. Pivoted in 2015 to focus solely on behavioral healthcare and addiction treatment space due to it being underserved, underfunded and fragmented. Set standards and manage performance in services and support teams to create exceptional customer services validated by survey. Recently, AZZLY received recognition by KLAS Research for the emerging addiction treatment space. Throughout the life cycle of AZZLY, I’ve recruited and attracted investors and strategic partners to join the mission of changing the way in which behavioral health and addiction treatment centers are able to serve more within their communities. Today, AZZLY Rize is the clinical and business platform for outpatient treatment centers in over 30 states. Our valued clients report increased efficiencies, improved clinical and business outcomes, and faster reimbursements to fund growth.
