ABOUT COLE RASMUSSEN

I hold an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and work as a Senior Associate within J.S. Held, LLC’s Strategic Advisory group.My group’s expertise includes: • Restructuring • Turnaround • Receiverships • Complex Financial Disputes • Distressed M&A • Commercial LitigationI currently serve as a Board Member of the Arizona Bar Foundation, whose mission is to promote access to justice for all Arizonans. The Foundation advances this mission by preparing Arizona youth for civic responsibility and expanding access to justice for Arizonans most in need.I am an active and participating member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA), and Commercial Receivers Association (CRA).Prior to this role, I spent four years as an Analyst at Directed Trust Company and Vanguard, specializing in alternative investments across Private Credit/Equity and Venture Capital. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Project Manager in the specialty pressure washing industry, where I led large-scale industrial cleaning projects and successfully expanded operations across Canada and multiple U.S. states, including Montana, Utah, and Arizona.
