   Develop curriculum for new remote/in-person classes to educate all levels of learners from children to seniors in BronxNet classrooms (in the field or on location) on POV development, program design, the use of production equipment, aspects of studio and field production, post-production software and aesthetics of media and performance.* Supervise and mentor a team of full-time and part-time staff and volunteers * Partner with the HR Department to recruit/hire/retain top talent, assess skill gaps, and create professional development opportunities to increase knowledge, skills, and abilities * Oversee a rapidly growing team by fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and creativity * Participate in leadership team meetings to help create the 5-year strategic plan.* Create and implement engaging programming to support community members as they go from initial ideas to fully-produced TV shows.* Teach remote/in-person classes as needed * Participate in industry events and serve as a partner with external stakeholders Executive Producer/Writer/HOST:* In charge of creating the 30-minute 13-episode seasons, inclusive of show themes, and writing all copy, which airs 3 days per week on BronxnetTV * Support with guest selection and scheduling, writing all interview questions, and conducting guest interviews on air * Select production team: mentor/schedule, and support staff throughout the production cycle * Oversee Pre-Production and Post-production of the show, inclusive of writing the show opening theme, performing voiceovers as needed, and participating in the creation of the graphic design * Oversee the creation of the High School Media Production Internship Program; recruit and train 12 interns/students per semester, exposing them to TV and Media production through their hands-on support of the show\'s production
