About Bill Coleman

I’ve spent my career in the two areas of healthcare patients rely on most: labs and pharmacy. Lab testing drives nearly 70% of clinical decisions, and U.S. labs perform more than 14 billion tests each year. On the pharmacy side, Americans fill 4–5 billion prescriptions annually, averaging about a dozen per person. In my roles, first as an IT Director for a clinical laboratory and more recently as an Associate Director for a major corporate pharmacy and PBM, I’ve supported the technology backbone behind the most common and impactful patient touchpoints in healthcare.
