I spent four years at SLED — as a Communications Specialist, CJIS Auditor, and Special Agent. That work taught me how law enforcement agencies actually operate, what investigators need from technology, and why most of them are skeptical of vendors who\'ve never been inside the job.I transitioned into sales and revenue operations, eventually leading a team and managing the full pipeline and CRM infrastructure at Director level. Now I\'m at TRULEO, a GovTech AI company building investigative software for law enforcement, where I focus on getting the right agencies to the right tools.Outside of the day job I build things — CRM systems, internal tools, and an AI agent for sales research. Self-taught in React, Python, and JavaScript. Certified in AI governance, Salesforce, and HubSpot.I work at the intersection of law enforcement operations and enterprise technology.
