Organizational Transformation - Used talent best practices to lead WireCo’s redesign of their global steel commercial team, including defining “new” roles and accountability, assessing current talent and a 5-point talent selection process- Developed an Annual Goal Alignment Plan for Kelloggs Latin America, validating and aligning the regional vision with overall business strategy, cascading key people initiatives into the organization. Talent Acquisition - Implemented a scalable 360° talent acquisition strategy for WireCo that resulted in a 50%+ increase in headcount in US operations and 20%+ expansion in Mexico, Portugal, and Poland by utilizing unique local efforts in each country. Leadership Development - Led the design and implementation of Colgate-Palmolive\'s first award-winning three-year strategy to identify, develop and retain the next generation of leaders- Generated funding to retain skilled talent by directing furlough efforts in nine countries at WireCo – impacting one-third of the workforce – capitalizing on government programs during COVID-19 in conjunction with the oil and gas decline.
