About Coleen Gallagher

I am an extremely driven, results oriented person. I love a challenge and look forward to change rather than trying to avoid it or fight it. My positive, optimistic attitude has made my career and family life successful; everyone goes through adversity, it\'s all in how we react to it that makes the difference. I have a history of creating long lasting connections and have been in leadership roles for over 30 years. I started flipping houses in San Diego and then eventually landing in Property Management as a maintenance rover and working my way up to District Manager/Portfolio Manager. The last 24+ years have given me tremendous skills and advantage to my current career path. On my days off, I enjoy spending time with my three daughters by: going hiking, camping, fishing, taking road trips to the beach and mountains and trying new, ethnic cuisines. I love people, especially kids, and currently volunteer at the YWCA of Vancouver as a CASA volunteer for children entering the foster care system.
