Intently review requests for the creation of new suppliers/payees, as well as manage supplier data in the Oracle Masterfile• Correctly input banking information for ACH/Wire payments after verifying account numbers directly with the supplier in accordance with audit guidelines • Perform daily audits of completed supplier requests and report any identified errors• Periodically oversee the team’s Outlook mailbox by methodically filing important emails and responding to queries from other internal groups• Execute a variety of rotational tasks, including checking for ACH rejections, logging/placing stop payments, and issuing payments for all of TJX’s non-merchandise-related expenses• Participate in testing updates for the Oracle system
