Restoring the built environment to health is where my journey has started. Growing up with the prevention of childhood lead poisoning, the abatement of asbestos, and the remediation of mold has cultivated a passion for safe structures; and my experiences developed a broader analytical skill set involving the understood needs and demands of all the contributors: architect & engineer, building & specialty structural contractors, and the infrastructure web of manufacturing and supply that supports new and conversion construction. To transform capabilities into client results, my toolbox includes effective education, presentation, regulatory and specification competency that blends cumulative fluency with advanced resources.

Working with a team of restoration industry luminaries to provide solutions to a range of clients. Contributor to the Business Supercharger initiative that helps restoration contractors go next level. Contributor to RC\'s Education & Training (E&T) portfolio, especially providing technical content eligible for Continuing Education. At RC we can help you build internal or external training programs too.I am the Materials and Methods Specialist among our group, notably serving as the nuts-and-bolts goto for fire/smoke, water damage, mold remediation, asbestos & lead paint abatement. Also: a point for questions regarding existing and incoming standards - particularly ASTM and IICRC [ S520 Mold, S540 Bio, S700 Fire, S760 Wildfire]. Remember: Standards Audits can be a great annual checkup for every restoration business. We can also review/interpret, or build out and gain industry-wide acceptance for specialty scopes-of-work or architectural specifications. And like all the subject matter experts at RC, I look forward to fulfilling specialized expert and expert witness challenges in my areas of expertise.This is an amazing team and an unprecedented business model.
