Shapes the vision and strategic plans for dementia care in our communities. Creates and delivers timely, relevant and impactful training for community dementia leaders, in collaboration with our education team. Leads initiative for company-wide fundraising for the Walk to End Alzheimer\'s each year-in each of our 45 communities across eight states.
