About Cole Slomiany

I started my career path with the US Navy and am very thankful for the training and leaders I met during my 4 years of service. The hard work and training I received during basic, onboard the USS Sierra and USS San Jacinto enabled me to establish the skills required to excel in my education goals so that I could enter the work force as a valuable asset. After the military, I chose the path of a two year degree program that focused specifically on electronics engineering. Each course was specifically geared towards the associates program and eliminated fluff courses not useful to the field. The equipment and instructors at Sandhills Community College provided a very valuable education and I was excited to take this education and enter the workforce as a contributing member of society.I interviewed with Plexus Engineering Solutions in June of and have been with this great company ever since. I am happy to say my training, education and work ethic have established myself as a Staff PCB designer with Plexus Engineering Solutions and I have been designing various printed circuit boards for over 20 years using various design tools.I believe in hard work, doing a job right and holding people accountable. I believe a squared away process produces squared away results.I am happily married to Rachel Slomiany and we have four children together. I provide for myself and my family with hard work and living within my means.
