Manage, on behalf of the Senior Director of Paralegals and Law Clerks (PLC), all HR aspects of PLC across all offices, including on/offboarding, performance reviews, time-off scheduling, policies & procedures, billing hours/rates, expenses, and compensation• Coordinate orientation and training for incoming PLC, complete evaluations at the 3-month probation period• Oversee performance evaluation processes in viDesktop, producing annual performance reports for Practice Group Chairs• Maintain firm supported memberships (ILCO, BCPA) for PLC and handle commissioner applications• Develop and manage PLC and Discovery Services intranet pages, ensuring relevant and up-to-date content• Oversee PLC department’s annual budget, organize social events, holiday/summer gifts, and online contests• Generate billable reports to support annual compensation decision and maintain monthly PLC organization charts
