My name is Cole Montgomery, I am currently with HCA Healthcare, at the South Atlantic Division in Charleston, SC as a Decision Support Service Associate Analyst. My main role and responsibility as a DSS Analyst are to develop and support DSS systems across the division. This includes ADS reporting, ongoing development of analytical tools, adhoc reporting, and analysis using standard company/division business intelligence tools. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2022 with a B.B.A in Finance from the Rawls College of Business. Exceptionally dedicated and ambitious with a true passion for overall growing professionally and pursuing a significant role within the analytic world. My future expectations are to complete my MBA in Finance.Essential duties that require of me are; creation of data collection, system control procedures and business processes relating to the department\'s current project portfolio. Analyzes and organizing clinical, financial, strategic and administrative data from multiple sources and synthesizes results into meaningful reports and presentations on a regular basis. Collaboration with others, defines and supports methods of financial and operational analysis for strategic planning, new venturers, payor reimbursement impact, and cost analysis. As well as participating in the coordination and execution of a variety of complex and confidential special projects, from planning and design stages through implementation. And lastly to help provide professional direction or value improvement, cost management and clinical using querying software to provide meaningful reports.
