ABOUT COLE MANESS

I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, where I attended St. Xavier High School—an all-boys private school guided by the motto “Men for Others.” That message has stayed with me ever since, shaping how I approach both life and work. It taught me that success starts with service, teamwork, and integrity—values that continue to guide my commitment to strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and a positive, people-first mindset.No matter the industry, work is ultimately about people. I take pride in fostering collaboration, building relationships, and creating an environment where innovative ideas and good attitudes thrive. I believe that progress happens day by day, action by action. Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors. You can often find me fishing—offshore through the Beaufort Inlet or tucked away in the inshore marshes. When I’m not on the water, I’m likely playing guitar, experimenting with new recipes, or enjoying time with family and friends.
