I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, where I attended St. Xavier High School—an all-boys private school guided by the motto “Men for Others.” That message has stayed with me ever since, shaping how I approach both life and work. It taught me that success starts with service, teamwork, and integrity—values that continue to guide my commitment to strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and a positive, people-first mindset.No matter the industry, work is ultimately about people. You can often find me fishing—offshore through the Beaufort Inlet or tucked away in the inshore marshes.
