About Cole Kelton
I am a recent graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, where I earned a B.A. in Biology with a minor in Religious Studies. My academic experience includes a year of hands-on wet lab research culminating in an honors thesis focused on quantifying recently discovered mesentery muscle folding in bloodworms using phalloidin staining confocal microscopy. Currently, I serve as a Microbiology and Sterilization Technician, specializing in microbiological release testing through LAL endotoxin and bioburden methodologies to ensure regulatory compliance and product integrity. In my current role, I also perform process water testing and environmental monitoring—including surface and air sampling—to ensure ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanroom compliance with regulatory and quality standards. My background also includes clinical training as an EMT, which has strengthened my ability to perform under pressure and adhere to high standards of care and precision. I bring a strong foundation in scientific research, analytical problem-solving, and cross-disciplinary thinking to every professional setting.
