I am passionate about championing education-based athletics and fostering growth through amateur competition. My career has been dedicated to helping student-athletes and coaches reach their full potential, both on and off the field. Whether working at my alma mater, Ellensburg High School, or speaking at state, regional, and national events, I strive to inspire and lead by example.I take great pride in being a Certified Master Athletic Administrator and was honored to be named Washington State’s Athletic Director of the Year in 2023. As a proud “girl dad,” I believe deeply in the power of sports to shape the character, leadership, and resilience in all young people, including my own daughters. Giving back to the community that shaped me is one of my greatest joys, and I am committed to making a lasting impact through the transformative power of athletics.
