As a Division 1 athlete and mentor with Athlete to Athlete, I have the privilege of guiding and supporting younger athletes as they navigate the challenges of their athletic and academic journeys. I provide one-on-one mentorship, sharing insights on time management, training discipline, mental resilience, and the recruiting process—all from the perspective of someone currently living the D1 experience. My goal is to empower student-athletes with the tools, mindset, and confidence they need to succeed both on and off the field, court, track, etc.
