I am a healthcare executive with 20 years of experience leading hospitals, surgery centers, and physician practices through growth, transformation, and operational excellence. Over the course of my career, I’ve overseen $500M+ in revenue, supported surgical procedures annually, and built strong partnerships with physicians and executives to deliver results that matter.In my current role I work across seven markets to align financial strategy with operational performance. I focus on reducing costs, improving efficiency, and driving growth while keeping patient care at the center of decision-making. Previously, I helped secure $7M in financing for expansion, launched a multi-platform robotics surgery program, and chaired initiatives that saved millions in costs.What motivates me most is solving complex challenges and bringing people together to achieve something bigger than the sum of its parts.
