About Cole Hammond

Welcome to my page! In my educational and career journeys, I have had a variety of experience to make me into the person I am today. From my role as Valet Attendant, where I managed vehicle records and delivered exceptional guest service, to overseeing the weight room at Ardmore YMCA, educating members on fitness basics and fostering a welcoming environment, I have always thrived around people. Beyond my roles working different jobs, my campus involvement has been equally as impactful. I have enjoyed embracing multiple roles as the Senior Marshall and a New Member Development Coordinator at Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity at Oklahoma State. My responsibilities include leading comprehensive educational sessions for all chapter members, enforcing rules and regulations, and guiding new members. By actively collaborating with the other board members to make effective decisions for the chapter, as well as settling disputes between members, I am fine-tuning my leadership and communication abilities. I also enjoyed taking on the role as Director of Freshmen Follies, as well as Director of Spring Sing for my fraternity. My time as director helped me hone in on my ability to collaborate with peers to produce performances while managing meaningful connections. I also enjoy many things outside of my educational and career pursuits. My main interests are fitness, music, cooking, and talking with either friends or strangers. My biggest strengths are my ability to network and my work ethic, so I am never afraid of conversation! With a blend of experience including leadership, technical skills, and a passion for serving others, I am eager to contribute to a great team.
