ABOUT COLE GERENA

Have you ever thought you finally found your dream job or the perfect career path, only to realize four years later that your passion lies somewhere else? Fortunately for me, that was my time at WSU studying Criminal Justice and Psychology! Our lives and passions change constantly. I finished my studies and earned my degree but followed my heart after college! I chose to forgo grad school and take my crack at breaking into the business and sales industry. Through all of my different experiences I found that my passion is with building people into the best versions of themselves. Breaking into a new industry provided the knowledge to best serve my teams to be successful together, but also as individuals! Adaptability, relentless effort, and belief are the only tools one needs to be successful. As a leader, I believe that everyone can have these traits and if an individual is struggling it is my job to help them realize their potential and be successful. Although I found Criminal Justice and Psychology to not be my passion, what they both have in common shined bright in me. That is my love for people and how to understand them!
