As a Digital Analytics Professional, I have been immersed in web analytics and digital marketing. Prior to joining Medtronic as an Advanced Digital Analytics Specialist, I worked as a Ecommerce Analyst at Northern Tool + Equipment. At Northern Tool I managed the Adobe Analytics reporting for the website with a focus in email campaign performance which helped develop the Northern Tool email campaigns.Joining Medtronic, I have been responsible for reporting using the Adobe Experience Cloud to analyze overall website health, marketing campaign performance and analysis on website tests. I am trusted to deliver my analysis to the Medtronic decision makers in a clear, easy to understand way. In addition to reporting, I help drive the digital experience optimization team with data driven decisions using Adobe Target, A4T (Analytics for Target) analysis with Adobe Analytics and using Voice of Customer Survey data with Qualtrics.To help drive efficiency in the workplace I have develop advanced Excel macros to simply reporting to merge marketing campaign platform data with website data using a primary key.I am always looking to learn more about analytics and how it is advancing in the future.
