   General Operations Supervisor, currently responsible for the supervision and oversight of two USMS sub offices where I exercise full supervisory responsibility over subordinate Deputies. Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates. Establish priorities and assigns work. Develops performance standards and evaluates performance of subordinates; provides advice, counsel, and guidance to subordinates. Interviews candidates for new hire positions, lateral transfers and recommends promotions. Identifies developmental and training needs for subordinates and takes initiative to provide identified needs. Receives and resolves complaints from employees and refers unresolved complaints to district management. Performs limited internal affairs investigations, makes recommendations, and effects minor disciplinary measures. Provides technical or policy advice and guidance for work accomplishment.Currently serve as a Supervisory Criminal Investigator, assigned to district and multi-agency Fugitive Task Force where I am responsible for directing and coordinating the work of federal, state, and local law enforcement personnel assigned to the task force. Plans, and coordinates investigative and fugitive operations with other federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. Investigations routinely target the most violent and dangerous federal, state, and local offenders. Provides guidance and oversight to subordinates and other federal, state, and local task force officers.
