Partner with Account Executives and Account Mangers throughout the organization to develop Customer Success Plans for each client, specific to their needs and workflows. Meet with potential customers to demo DVR Examiner and speak to the advantages our software provides. Develop instructional content and KBAs to help our customers gain maximum efficiency and ROI through using our software. Perform quarterly business reviews with clients to gain a better understanding on product usage and to filter customer suggestions. Advocate for our customers with respect to feature implementation requests, priority requests, and any other issues that might arise.
