About Cole Baker
Cole A. Baker serves in FEMA’ Congressional Affairs Legislative Branch, based in Washington, DC. Previously, Baker served as an Information Officer with USAID\'s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, as a legislative staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives, and as a Preventing/Countering Violent Extremism Fellow with the UN Development Program in Turkey. His writings have appeared in ACSTRAP, Charged Affairs, CSAG risk briefers, Fair Observer, and the Geopolitical Monitor.
