As Director of Engineering and Plant Safety at Mod-U-Serve, I oversee a wide range of responsibilities spanning engineering leadership, product design, plant safety, and regulatory compliance. I lead the design and execution of major custom projects, manage product development and continuous improvement initiatives and ensure our operations meet or exceed industry compliance standards including UL, NSF, OSHA and EPA. My role also includes supporting the sales team as a technical sales engineer, assisting with production scheduling and coordination and serving in a support role to our shop foreman to help bridge the gap between engineering and manufacturing. In addition, I contribute to system development and often act as a go-to resource across. As a legacy employee, I bring a deep understanding of our products, processes, people and customers and play a key role in driving both innovation and operational excellence.
