About Colby Guenther

I graduated from Oregon State University in June 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. I’m driven by results, relationship building, and creating value for both customers and teams.I currently work full-time as a Field Sales & Marketing Representative at TTI, the parent company of Milwaukee Tool and Ryobi. In this role, I support retail partners through in store execution, product education, merchandising strategy, and sales growth initiatives. I collaborate closely with store leadership and customers to improve brand presence, drive sell-through, and deliver a strong end-user experience.Throughout my professional journey, I’ve built a strong foundation across multiple industries, including food service, camp counseling, and organizational leadership. As a member of my fraternity’s leadership team, I helped manage 110 active members, strengthening my skills in leadership, communication, and operations.I bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a people first mindset to everything I do. I’m motivated by continuous learning, professional growth, and making a positive impact, both within my organization and the communities I’m part of.
