With over 25 years in insurance and risk management, I\'m privileged to lead Travelers\' Commercial Accounts Group Risk Control teams across the North Central, North East, and South East regions. I\'m passionate about developing risk control leaders, cultivating engaged teams, and creating a collaborative environment that draws upon everyone\'s strengths to meet the challenges of a changing industry.Our mission is clear: Reduce Risk, Prevent Loss, and Save Lives.Travelers Risk Control includes over 600 Risk Control professionals with a rich diversity in specialization including transportation, industrial hygiene, human factors & ergonomics, workers\' compensation cost containment and claim forensics. Our risk control professionals support customers in identifying loss exposures and advise on strategies to strengthen risk management practices to prevent and mitigate loss. Our teams work closely with our underwriting business partners to select quality new business and position Travelers as the carrier of choice.
