ABOUT COLBY GHIDOTTI

As a A&S Humanities major with a minor in business at the University of Colorado Boulder, I have a passion for connecting with people and creating value for them. I have developed my skills in computer-aided design (CAD), salesforce lightning, and hospitality through my education and work experiences. I worked as a land consultant and sales representative at Magnolia Land & Lakes, where I sold hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of property in three months.Working at Magnolia Land & Lakes was a rewarding and challenging opportunity for me, as I learned how to conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients. I also gained valuable insights into the real estate industry and the environmental and social impacts of land development. I worked with a diverse and supportive team that helped me grow as a professional and as a person.Most recently, I worked for Greystar, a global residential real estate company as a community assistant. Working for the company allowed me to connect with residents and help them with any leasing or financial issues they may encounter during their leasing term. As well as gaining valuable insight on the ins and outs of the property management software Entrata. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new projects and situations, and to contribute to the vision and mission of the organization I join. I believe I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, as I have a background in architecture, hospitality, and land consulting.
