I am an emergency management professional with over 11 years of experience across local and state government and higher education. I have led and supported efforts in every phase of emergency management for a range of disasters, both natural and human-caused. I also hold the Certified Emergency Manager designation from the International Association of Emergency Managers.My approach is grounded in the firm belief that effective emergency management must be locally informed and community-centered.
