I am an Indian Army Veteran and a soldier by profession. I commenced my career at Godrej and Boyce Mfg Co, Mumbai joining their management cadre at the base level. After six years of corporate experience, I joined the Indian Army in Dec 1988. From the corporate corridors of Godrej to serving the nation in the Indian Army for over 34 years, my journey has been rooted in leadership, resilience, and continuous learning. Over the past four decades I have gained deep experience in technology leadership, people management, and operational excellence across 18 diverse locations in India, a privelage that only the Indian Army can provide. My academic foundation includes: PhD in Management | M.Tech | MBA (Finance) Along with several specialised Army leadership and professional courses. I am also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and hold a CE certification. On superannuating from the Army, I’ve channelled my passion into mentoring the next generation of professionals.
